Scientists recommend beet for lowering blood pressure

A glass of beetroot juice a day can lower blood pressure, say British scientists who have proved that a glass of this juice reduces blood pressure by 10 millimeters of mercury indicators, and in the case of some tension testuarve decrease to normal.
